When I try to upgrade my Windows 98 to XP, I always get
the message that there was an error copying the
file "GDIPLUS.DLL." At that point I stop the
installation. Should I let the installation go forward
without this file?
Also -- how to you get online help with installation
problems? I need the ID number for Windows XP, which I
don't have on my computer because I haven't been able to
install it and Help will not accept the product key from
the XP package. If I use my Windows 98 ID number, Help
won't help me.
