Upgrade to FP 2002

Twice, I've upgraded my FP 2000 to FP 2002 successfully.
However, when I attempt to use it to work on my intranet
web site, I receive exception errors that result in
program failure.

Any ideas ??

What error message are you getting and what are you doing (what steps) when
you get it?
