Upgrade Problems

I got the following error message while upgrading from XP home to XP Pro
"Error occurred copying file ql10wnt.sys to C:\$WIN_NT$.~BT\ql10wnt.sys"
I could skip it and loose something in the process or wait for some help
from someone out there.

This is a full version but I may have the same message with a full install
on top of loosing my settings.

Did this happen one time? If it did then wipe the cd with a lint free cloth
so it has NO finger prints on it then try it again.
