Upgrade IE6 fro 56 to 128bit encryption

I have installed IE 6 on Win 2000 (upgraded from IE 5.0).
Encryption is 56 bit but I need 128 bit to access a
particular site. How do I upgrade to 128 bit?

IIRC, IE 128 bit encryption is not available outside North America.
