Upgrade from 98 to xp Pro - Insists on password - never had one

Please help. I just upgraded from Win 98 to XP Pro. No installation
problems. Upon startup, I receive a "log onto Windows" box. The only
options are User ID, Password, OK, Cancel and Options, which consists of
shutdown, hibernate and standby.

I tried going in safe mode to access my Win 98, and check the passwords
options, I don't see win 98 or even a DOS prompt.

I never had a password on my previous OS, so I don't know what to enter.
I've tried Admin, administrator, computer administrator etc... nothing works

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if this will work in this case, and maybe you already tried
it... but if not, then try just hitting enter..
