Upgrade from 2002 - 2003

Hi! When I upgraded from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003, I have a few users
that lost their contacts and tasks.

Is there any way to recover or locate these? When I search for the .pst
file, there is none.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are they connecting to an Exchange server? If so, make
sure they have added Contacts as an additional address
book:

Tools ->E-mail Accounts -> Add a new directory or Address
Book ->Additional Address Books ->Outlook Address Book.
