Upgrade for PowerPoint 2003

If you have Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003, would that be eligible for
the PowerPoint 2003 upgrade?

You can't. You will need to purchase PowerPoint 2003 separately. The upgrade
is only for those with earlier versions of PowerPoint or Microsoft Office
that comes with PowerPoint.
