Upgrade Failure - SATA Raid drive

I am attemting to upgrade my computer running 2000 sp4 to XP.
I have a Gebibit motherboard GA-81K1100 running 2 SATA Raid0 drives.
Everything is working under 2000, all updated bios and drivers. I have the
manf driver disk for F6 install, and the install run to the point just past
the
driver installs and during the reboot it fails. I have tried several fixes
with no
success, including trying to run in safe mode. The failure reads:

Session3_Initialization_Failed
Stop: 0x0000006F (0xC000012F,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

Any help would be appreciated.
