Upgrade Assistance Needed

I purchased the Windows Anytime Upgrade to go from Windows Vista Home
Premium to Windows Vista Ultimate.
The upgrade fails stating it cannot upgrade some system components and that
I should check the web to see if my machine is compatible. Restart the pc
and re-run setup.
I did that before I bought the upgrade, but I did it again and all of the
indicators show the pc is compatible. Do you have any suggestions where I
can look for what is blocking the upgrade? I am logged in with
Administrator rights. I had disabled Aero, so I tried re-enabling before
the last install attempt - same result.
Regards,
Katherine

If your Home Premium is running ok, why do you want to upgrade to Ultimate?

I didn't say I was happy with Home Premium - it just came with my pc. I
want Ultimate.
Can you point me to the reason why it won't accept the upgrade?
Katherine

You may want to pose that question in the Vista installation/setup newsgroup.
The newsgroup to which you posted deals mainly with Windows Mail issues.

Thank you.
