Every time I open a Microsoft office program, it tries to update it with Frontpage. It needs the Windows disk for this, which I don't have. How do get it to stop doing this?

That's it. You are screwed.
Time to folk up some crash to buy a copy of office.

And once you get a copy of office, make sure you assign the user(s) to the
"Power User" group. Otherwise the CD will do you no good.

Your post says that you are missing the Windows disk. Is this correct? If
correct, check see if you have a I386 folder {likely under Windows}. If you
do, the folder contains the Windows XP installation files. When asked for a
Windows XP disk, browse to the I386 folder.
