Updating SUS Server manually (no internet)

We are talking about spinning up a SUS server on a
separate (read CLASSIFIED) network. I am trying to find
out if there is a way to download the updates from the
internet and then port them to the SUS server on the other
network (which, of course, is not connected to
the 'internet'). Thanks.
