Updating dial-up user? Technet?

I have a user who is located in a rural area with only dial-up access. It's a
new Dell PC which need a flurry of updates even with SP2. How can I used my
Technet DVD's to cross references that patches that they need to get up to
date without spending 4 hours on a dial-up connection?

You may want to download these updates individually through MS Download
center in another computer location where bandwidth is faster then burn these
in one CD. Or better yet, bring that actual desktop into another location
where there is a faster netconnection in order to dload all needed ms
updates.
