Updating database table from Excel?

hmmm...

Is it possible to update or insert data into a SQL Server database table
from Excel (through MSQuery)? I am using Office 97. If Office 97 does not
have this capability, does Office 2000? Thank you.
 
You can use DTS to import data from Excel into SQL Server.
