Hi All,
we use PowerPoint to create Computer Based Training for our new
applications. There are (many) times when we think everything is done.
We have an image on a slide, it is the correct size, it has a nice
layout, the animation is timed correctly, etc. And then the application
interface changes and we have to retake the image to show the cosmetic
and functional changes to the screen. Is there any way to just update
the image? For example, I have a image called "mainmenu.jpg" they add
an information field to the screen. For example, now the screen shows
the patient's name AND his Medical Record Number, where in my earlier
screen shot just the patient's name appeared. So I retake the screen
shot and call it "mainmenu.jpg." Is there anyway to update the image to
show that the image was updated?
I hate to just delete it and put it in again because you lose your
formatting and animation timing.
