Updating Active Directory attributes account

Hi,

I have a list of 1000 user from Active Directory and I need to update and
modify any attributes (like as Office, City, Country, Descripcion, Telephone
Numer)
I have a excel file so I wanti to use CSVDE coomands . Anybody has a
example to do that task?
