Removing Exchange Attributes from Active Directory

The exchange server has been removed from our Windows 2000 domain. I
want to remove the exchange attributes from the Active Directory schema
before upgrading to Windows 2003. Using update.exe /removeorg failed.

Is there a manual way of removing the attributes? Is there a list to
ensure all are removed?

you can't delete from schema (actually you can but it's not supported)

although possible to remove an exchange organization from AD, you will not
be able to remove objects or attributes from the schema
