Updates

I keep getting automatic update notifications, and most
of the time they work. However, when I try to download
Q815487, the computer gives me a message that it was
unable to download and install that update. As far as
all of the other updates are concerned, I've been able to
do so. I am considering going DSL and I don't want to
take the chance of being vulnerable to various viruses
and spam; and if the download (or update) in question has
something to do with security, it concerns me. Thanks.
