auto updates keep trying to give the same update on one of my laptops I tried
uninstall but after install the same one 1.14.1315.1

I have the exact same problem. I've had the yellow ! in my task bar since
Thursday or Friday of last week. I've tried installing it a bunch of times,
but it never goes away!
Any idea how to fix this?

If that KB article doesn't resolve, here's an alternative which will:

Download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility

Install it, and run it.

Remove "Windows defender signatures"

Then re-try updating via both Windows Update, and update within Windows
Defender.
