Nancy B.

My system won't allow an automatic update for windows XP
(KB821557). I don't know what the problem is nor how to
allow for the installation of the update.

How do I find out about both of these issues?

KB821557 is included in SP2, so if you've installed SP2,
then KB821557 is already installed.

Did "Windows Update" detect you need KB 821557? then when
you selected to install it the installation failed or ???
