updates

Everyday I get these updates, but when I open my email they come up and they say they are viruses? Norton catches them, but how can i stop the emails? are they real updates or what?
 
They are a virus! do not open them!
and sorry, you can't stop the e-mails....

microsoft does not email updates, you have to go to
windows update to get them
