Updates and Recurring Appointments not Posting to OWA Public Folde

We have a bunch of macs whose only access to our public calendars is through
outlook web access. When someone creates an appointment for a public calendar
then updates it or sets it as recurring, it shows in public folders on
windows machines in their outlook but does not show in outlook web access
thus really messing with our mac people.

Exchange Server 2003

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
