When I open the web page windows update, it stay in the
first option "Welcome" "The Windows Update site has been
updated. To update your version of the software and begin
using Windows Update, click Update Now.", I clik "Update
Now.". And the same message appear again, there is no
error message, but it is not continuing whit the
instalation, what can i do ? thanks

You need to temporarily disable your antivirus program before visiting
Windows Update.

Sorry, but I closed Norton but it still remains in the
