Update wont install

I'm having the same trouble as everyone else it seems, but
when i try to download the patch and install it I get an
error message telling me that setup cannot verify the
update and to make sure that the cryptographic service is
running on my computer.

any ideas?

I get this same message too. I cannot install the patch
