update spyware definitions

when want to manuaL download spyware definitions it tells
me. warning,could not connect to the internet! when iam
already connected
 
Its possibly a Firewall thats blocking your connection or Internet Explorer
is working in Off line mode. Open IE, click File and ensure that "Work Off
line" is not checked.
 
Hi there

I get the same problem, - I've allowed it access in my
firewall. I do have CounterSpy installed. Does this affect
it at all?
