update repeats again and again

My xpHome "automatic update"-service comes along with the
same updates after every reboot. I download and install
them, after the next reboot: the same procedure as last
time...any suggestions? (I'm not asked to reboot within the
update procedure)

Does it indicate that the updates are installed
successfully at the end of the process? If not then it
will probably be best to download the updates manually and
install them. I have had that happen a couple of times and
the manual process has always resolved the issue.
