Update - Problem with MS07-016 (XP, W2K)

The same thing is happening with the MS07-027 (KB 931768) Update...so
whatever the problem is, it has not been resolved yet.

Any one else noticing that when you hit the "Enter" key, you need to do it
slower now?

For example, I go to my favorite search engine, type in something to search
for, then hit "Enter". For me, I have IE set to show the "Send information"
warning, so I have to hit enter again.

Normally, I could hit this fairly quickly. Now I have to pause before the
second hit.

What's your "favorite search engine"? What is this "'Send information'
warning"?
