update package

I need to know if there is a self exe package to update
the spyware files, so I can update my pc that isn't
online.

There is not - you are required to update via the application.
File > from the dropdown menu > check for updates.

There's one alternative method:

The download site version--i.e. the full download--has, at times, been
updated when the definitions change.

You may also be able to move the two definition files by hand--I haven't
tried this to see whether it is possible.

The text at the download site specifies the rev date of the download, and
the definition file number involved.
