update normal.dot on multiple computers

I work for an orgainization that has word installed on several different
computers. We want to update all computers to include a new toolbar that has
a macro for printing envelopes. This change involves changing the normal.dot
file. Each user have personal settings and quick correct and other setting
that we do not want to change or loss for each user. What is the best way to
update each computer without losing all the users settings. We want to do a
mass update so that each user will be uninvolved.

Don't mess with the users' normal.dot files. Provide the macros and custom
toolbar as a global template located in the users' startup folder(s).
