nLite v0.99.1 beta

Overview :

nLite is a little bit of a slipstreamer, customizer, reducer and iso
creator all in one package. Works for every version of Windows XP
installation, so far tested up to slipsteamed SP2 build 2135. To avoid
confusion, this is for pre-installation, not like XPlite which is post
installation customizer. This is something like 98lite or jdeboeck's
scripts. It's written in C# (.NET) so you will need Framework to run
it.

What's New:

- Fixed tcpip patch applied with KB884020
- Fixed reported page selection issues
- Fixed hotfix selection bug
- Fixed driver integration long-name subfolders integration
- Fixed driver integration exception popup
- Fixed some sata/raid integration issues
- Fixed gui display on larger dpi
- Fixed Quicklaunch folder not created
- Fixed Windows 2000 support
- ryanvm's hotfix pack integration support
- post install cleanup removed
- new translations
components removal:
- 16bit Support

You know, the one thing that really kind of dogs me about this program,
is that it's suppose to help remove excess from XP, it takes an extra
40+ meg download of the .NET runtime files.

What I would like to know, is how much fat from XP can this program
dump? If it's less than the size of the .NET runtime, then it would
seem to me not worth the trouble. Well, at least to me since I don't
want the .NET runtime files.

My nLited version of XP Pro w/SP1=140MBs. The .Net runtime is only
needed for the nLiting process and .Net is not installed when you use
your nLited CD to install XP.

Fantastic program, blows away XPlite which costs $40. I removed IE and
the IE core files with nLite long ago and have never had reason to
regret their presence.

Oops! Make that regret their absence.
