Update GP in 2000 to 2003

Hi

I want to be able to control settings for Windows Firewall in our domain
through Group Policy. How can i get the appropriate template (ie, the same
options given in XP and 2003 SP1) for 2000? At the moment i can't control
Windows Firewall over the domain but have to do it locally at each PC.

Any help would be great!

Easiest thing would be installing the Group Policy Management Console
(GPMC) on a Windows XP machine (with current patches and service packs)
and administer your policies from there.
