adding "local" and "trusted" sites to IE via GP

Considering how much trouble this is causing for us, I am surprised that it
is not well documented how to make this happen. Although we do have a
couple od 2003 member servers, all of our domain controllers are running
2000 at this time. We are having an issue opening Access databases which is
resolved by manually adding our internal domain name, i.e. *.companyx.com
to the "local Intranet" zone in IE. While I will not go into my rant as to
why they would put this setting here, I would like to be able to publish
this setting via A GP. Where do I find this setting?
To complicate things a bit, we are running Office 2000, 2002/XP and 2003,
soon to move all users to 2003.

Hi
You can do that on
User Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Internet Explorer - > Security,
then select Import current security zones and privacy settings, than choose
Modify Settings, then add your *.companyx.com to the "local Intranet" zone
in IE
