Update function still not working, STILL need assistance

Thanks for your reply. I already verified that this was
not an issue, as I saw this fix for others. IE is
working "online". Any other ideas? Thanks again in
advance!

Hi again,

have you checked the Norton Firewall settings if it is not blocking access
to the internet for MSAS update process (i.e. GiantAntiSpywareUpdater.exe) ?
