update from outlook 2000 to 2003 and prevous folders are missing

I upgraded to outlook 2003 from outlook 200o and all of my folders are
missing as is my address book, how do i get it back?
 
Open Outlook, go to File, Open and select your old pst file. Outlook will
list your pst files for you if it's on the same computer.
