I had outlook 2000; I had all my folders set up, I just
upgraded....help...how can i get all of my folders from the prevous version
into the 2003 version....please tell me there is hope.

Making certain that you can view hidden files, search for a file with a .pst
file extension. That file contains all of your mail, contacts, etc. When you
find it, in Outlook 2003, open the File menu > Open > Outlook Data File and
browse to the .pst file from your old installation. You can then copy data
from your old .pst file (folders) into your new .pst file (folders).
