I repeatedly get a message that Windows Explorer has been terminated because
of data execution prevention, that I should contact the publisher for an
updated version, and that the publisher is Microsoft. However, I cannot find
the contact information on Microsoft's Web site. Can someone please provide
the contact information?

There is no updated version for the Windows Explorer, if you run
Windows XP SP 2.
Use the System File Checker to make sure that all core files of
Windows are in order and also make sure that this error does not come
from some program running in the background.
