Update for Outlook 2007 (KB933493) don't work.

Win XP Pro
Having a slow Outlook 2007, I downloaded as described in KB933493.
When run, I receive the following message: "The expected version of the
product was not found on the system".
Any suggestions wil be appreciated.
 
So then there is no use to install this update anymore since it is include
in SP1.
