Update doesn't find expected version

Outlook 2007 SP1 - I went to install the performance patch KB933493 as I'm
having issues with long launch times but got the error message:

"The expected version of the product was not found on the system".

Does this mean that this update was included in SP1 or is there some other
problem?
 
That's included in SP1.

Long launch time issues are usually caused by addins.
