update files that didn't load

how do you get the update files from xp update homesite
that didn't load on your computer the forst time you
tried...for some reason they didn't load on my computer...
 
when i rescan the system it doesn't show the updates...
it only shows them that they haven't been installed when
you review what updates you have installed...
