is there ever going to be a Windows update cd so people
like me who can't aford internet (useing public computer)
can get updates

Download Rollup 1 at computer with high speed internet access and burn
to CD:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=826939

Then you can download the few remaining updates the same way and burn
to CD.
