Hi,

We are using a public calendar under public folder list in Outlook
2000 for which i am the owner.
I need to import appointments to that calendar through CSV files..

I tried to export files from the calendar into csv format and i was
successful. and after updating entries into the csv file i am not able
to import the file.

I am not able to see the public calendar where i need to select the
destination folder during improt wizard.

Appreciate your help.

thanks,
srikanth

I don't believe it's possible to import into a public folders. Instead,
create a new calendar folder in your data store, import into that, then move
the imported items to the public folder.

Open the new calendar folder you created, display it in a table view like By
Category, select all the items in it with CTRL-A, then right-click and drag
the selection to the public folder, specifying Copy or Move, as you wish
(I'd use Move), or click Edit>Copy (or Move) to Folder, specifying the
public folder as the destination.
