Can I make a suggestion? I do the odd auction on EBay and I accept American
buyers (I'm in Canada) via paypal. is there a way you can add a currency
conversion fee? Just list the fee for converting the US dollar to another
currency. Not doing the actual conversion.......

Conversion rate changes a lot and it will have an effect on the final
amount after the conversion and applicable fees. But if you are
adding a fixed amount per transcation, just add it by hand.

I think the OP was just trying to automate that "doing it by hand" part.
