update adds sidebar

after the latest update, MS added a sidebar which is invisible (in html) and
makes my desktop icons looks ugly

this file is not available in my system, but when I right click on the sidebar,
I get this


C:\WINDOWS\SideBar\sidebar\index.html

Hi,

To get rid of that, right click your desktop -> Choose Properties -> Click
the Desktop tab click the Customize button at the bottom -> Click the Web tab
and make sure all items in the list are disabled.
