unzipping a file

I had some photo files backed-up and now I can't seem to
get them unloaded or unzipped.....any advice??? Obviously
I am a beginner at this so nothing too technical...thanks.
 
You should be able to open it no matter what. It has backup associations.

Try typing in Start Run

regsvr32 zipfldr
