Unwelcome setting changes

Using a laptop with OfficeXP. Login using docking station,
Outlook works great. Logout. Remove from docking station.
Login with wireless network, Outlook has different email
settings. Outlook view is different. Save Sent Items not
checked. Why don't I have the same email settings whenever
I log in?

Are you using the same login/Windows profile/Outlook profile?

Yes, as far as I can tell. There's only one Outlook
profile. I login with my only username. The only difference
is whether I use the docking station or not. My laptop
connects with a built-in wireless NIC when not on the
docking station.

Very frustrating to find that sent messages are not being
saved, only to find the option is not set. This
"unchecking" of save sent times option keeps happening.
