Send/Receive Button Must Click to Get Mail on Exchange Server

(Still searching for an answer to this...)

Hi All,

I have a user who uses a laptop with a docking station.

While using the docking station, and connected to our company network
in-house, he still needs to hit Send/Receive to check email from the company
Exchange 2000 server.

I haven't been able to determine what is causing that.

Anyone have any ideas?

(PS...MS Office 2003 on Windows 2000 Pro platform attaching to an Exchange
2000 Server)
 
Make sure File-> Work Offline isn't selected
