Unwelcome I.E. Favorites

I keep getting a ô½Ó in my favorites. I delete it, it comes back, I try to
open it, nothing happens. I know it is something bad, just can't figure it
out. Searched for this file online, and in search under the Start menu, no
luck. Have current Norton, spybot, Antiy ghostbusters, and Ad aware.
Nothing detects it. I can't open Google, It tries to load and then gives
"expired page". Dont know if it's related. Can anyone help?

Running XP pro SP 2, 1.73 gz athlon 1 gb ddr ram, 100 gb HD
