Unwanted windows Launched (Pop-ups?)

I have a antivirus software, spyware software and my pop-up blocker by
earthlink and XP enabled. Despite all of that, I still get two windows that
launch two unwanted programs. One being
"http://www.winfixer.com/pages/scanner/index.php?aid=mgk2&lid=microsoft&ed=2&ex=1&ax=1"
and the other being "http://cover4.passion.com/go/p197675". I've run my
spyware program and it catches and disables the Winfixer, but it continues to
launch a new window from time to time. Does anyone know what I can do to
stop these programs?

I had the same problem Randy. I had to add them to my McAffee block folders
and finally got rid of them.

Get a program that will show you you're BHO's, running processes and startup
items.
I like to use Spybot Search & Destroy www.spybot.info
Some like HijackThis (sorry i dont have a url for it.)
