unwanted web pages displayed !!

Recently when I turn on my PC it automatically launches Netscape (my
default brower) and goes to blasphemy.killercarrot.co.uk. It has been so
annoying!!

I tried to delete entries in the registry that contain "blasphemy", but
when I restart my PC this page is still being displayed and that entry
in the registry is still there.

I don't like the feeling of being hijacked, seeing something on my PC
without my permission. Could any expert in this group tell me how I can
fix this problem? Thank you very mych.

You can change your home page. Additionally you will want to run a spy ware
remover ( Spybot Search and Destroy is fairly good and free )
Check the registry under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Windows\Run
and in MSConfig for anything that looks like it does not bbelong ( a .vbs
for example, or something that you are unsure of that may be changing the
home page )
