Unwanted toolbar and homepage

I was on my son's copmputer today and the automatic
internet automatic update indicator flashed on and I
clicked on it, at the same time I was checking my email
and had an adult advertisement on it which I proceeded to
delete and ask them to remove my email address. Well
after the update finish I was to prompted to restart the
computer, which I did. Now when click on the internet
the default homepage has changed to www.hotwebsearch.com
and there's an additional toolbar that's called Global
Web Search which have adult adv buttons on it. I've
updated the default hompage through the internet options
menu and I unchecked the toolbar so that new toolbar
disappears. But each time I bring the internet back up
these two item shows back up. As I mentioned earlier,
this is my son's computer and I need to get these things
off of it. Does any one know how I can permanently
delete this toolbar and home page?

Thanks,

Ed
