Unwanted search toolbar

I have had a toolbar mysteriously appear on explorer that
contains labels related to gambling, adult entertainment,
dating, etc. When I click the file menu, it is showing
up as "uoohhshblyl" When I uncheck it, it goes away, but
reappears automatically in a few seconds. I have reviewed
my files and search to no avail. How can I remove this
permanently????

Run SpyBot Search & Destroy or Lavasoft's Ad-aware.
